At FatherBox, customer service is important to us, because you and your family are important to us. To ensure you have the best experience, we’ve provide some Frequently Asked Questions and information below:

What should I put into my FatherBox?

You can put just about anything that fits into your FatherBox—letters, pictures, artwork, crafts, schoolwork, etc. But, you want to ensure that everything stay nice and neat, so we wouldn’t recommend anything containing liquids.

Where does it go and will it be safe?

Your FatherBox goes to a safe and secure facility that is temperature and moisture controlled.  It will be locked and monitored 24/7.

How will I remember my bring-it-back date?

We will send you an email reminder as the date approaches.  We also hope to stay in touch, because you’re probably going to want another one.

What if I want to buy a FatherBox for all of my kids?

Great!  Simply select a box, color, and bring-it-back date for each of your kids.  Make sure to give each box a unique name.  We’ll handle the rest!

Accepted Methods of Payment

PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover)

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order via the FatherBox website.

 

Shipping

When you’ve filled up your FatherBox and are ready to ship it to us, click here to schedule a free USPS pickup.  You can also take it to any post office.

We use USPS Priority Mail.   All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours, Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
